  • ineffective communication styles
  • unregulated emotions
  • indecisiveness
  • difficult relationships
We mentor on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy interpersonal relationships. We have received over a dozen awards from partnering entities including CA State Legislature, Santa Clara County Behavioral Health, and City of Fremont for its programs.
