How to Have Healthy Emotions, Behavior & Self-Perception While Building Resilience & Life Coping Skills

This series helps students develop healthy experience, expression, and management of their emotions. In this course, students will learn how to:

1. establish positive and rewarding relationships with others

2. identify and understand one’s own feelings

3. accurately read and comprehend emotional states in others

4. manage strong emotions and their expression in a constructive manner

5. regulate one’s own behavior

6. develop empathy for others

7. establish and maintain relationships
